Teaching Personnel currently have multiple opportunities available for Psychology Graduates to work with young people with Autism, ADHD as well as other special educational needs.

This position will be full-time, starting in September at the beginning of the new academic year.

If you are a recent Psychology Graduate looking to start a career in education or supporting young people with special educational needs, this is a great opportunity for you to develop your skills that will support you throughout your career development.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with small groups of pupils or on a one-to-one basis to ensure that they are properly supported throughout school. You should be able to apply your own understanding of special educational needs to find methods to best support individual pupils. You should report any concerns that you may have to the SENCO to ensure that the pupils are safe.

  • You will have a 6.5 hour working day.
  • You will have no additional planning or marking responsibilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
