An Ofsted rated 'outstanding' primary special school for children with autism in Hayes have a great opportunity for Psychology Graduates with special needs experience.
Due to school's expanding student numbers, they are looking for graduate teaching assistants to start immediately. Ideally successful candidates will have had experience of supporting pupils with autism and learning difficulties.
Overall, they are looking for a Graduate TA who wants to make a difference and be part of a creative and supportive team.
Requirements:
- Live in Hayes End or surrounding areas
- Committed to working full-time
- Experience supporting children and young people with autism, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour
- Confidence in supporting pupils with their learning both academically and socially

Teaching Personnel can offer:

- CPD training - NSPCC Safeguarding, Team Teach, NASEN, Ruth Miskin Phonics
- Wide range of positions: 1:1, 2:1, day to day, long term and temporary to permanent
Successful applicants will need to provide references and hold an up to date child only DBS registered onto the £13 update service.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
