Psychology and Humanities Teacher

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a successful Green school that are looking to appoint an effective Psychology and humanities teacher on a full time basis. The role will begin in January and will run until the end of the year initially with scope to continue for the right candidate.

We are seeking a highly skilled colleague who will be dynamic and committed to the school. The qualities/skills/experience we are looking for include:

  • Commitment to school aims and ethos

  • Good quality degree/PGCE/QTS/GTCW Registration
  • A passion for their subject
  • Strong subject knowledge
  • Effective classroom practitioner
  • High expectations of pupils and self
  • Awareness of current agenda for school improvement
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • ICT skills relevant to subject area
