Job description

We are looking to appoint a hard working, engaging Primary Teacher for a Special Educational Needs school in April: The school is based in Dewsbury, and looking for a new member of staff to join them for after half term because the pupil numbers have increased.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teaching status)
  • A DBS on the update service (or looking to apply for one in the near future)
  • Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Good organisation, is hardworking, and able to adapt a diverse and vibrant community;
  • Patience and excellent behaviour management skills
  • SEN Experience

Extra considerations will be made for those

  • Who have experience teaching key stage 2 (Year 3)
  • Live within 40 minutes travel of Leeds
  • Available to start immediately in January
