A wonderful and friendly Primary School in the heart of Wimbledon, Merton, south west London are looking to appoint a Primary Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible.
This Primary School is well known for their investment into graduates who are looking to establish successful careers as primary teachers and within the education sector in general.
Your role will vary from day-to-day, with running Maths & English interventions to supporting basic SEN, such as Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia. You will need to be an ambitious graduate, who is not afraid to get stuck in, and use your own initiative when working with children.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Primary Teaching Assistant
- Supporting children from 3-11 years old - 1:1 or group basis
- English and Maths booster sessions - KS1 and KS2
- General classroom supporting the class teacher
- Working with a range of mild SEN: Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia
- Located in Wimbledon, Merton, south west London
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
- Must hold a Degree
- You must have a real passion for education and teaching children, while showing a hunger to learn and to develop
- Must be fully committed to the role
- Good understanding of the Primary curriculum and general knowledge of SEN would be desirable, but not essential
