Teaching Personnel are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to work in a number of mainstream Primary Schools and Academies in and around Gainsborough.

If you are looking for a flexible work/life balance, in a job where you choose the days you can work, we could support you in finding work that fits around other commitments. This could mean working as little or often as you like!

Teaching Personnel are in search of Teaching Assistants who have both full and part time availability with a view to cover a variety of assignments including temporary and permanent, long term and short term.

A Teaching Assistant who has prior experience working with students who require Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential.

The right Teaching Assistant would:

  • Posses a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Have relevant school based experience supporting pupils in either EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Have a proven track record of building relations with both students and staff
  • Have good overall availability for both long and short term assignments
  • Have access to own mode of transport or good public transport links
