Teaching Personnel are currently working with a school in Putney SW15 and are looking to recruit a KS1 Teacher to work on a full time, permanent basis to work within Year 2.

Expectations:

You will be teaching a Year 2 class the core Primary subjects and therefore a wealth of knowledge of the curriculum is necessary.  You will be planning lessons throughout the week ensuring you are able to adapt these for students who need it. You will be working closely with the class Teaching Assistant, who will also be preparing material for the students that they work with also ensuring you are able to offer the best support to these students and help their development. Strong Behaviour Management is advantageous, but not compulsory and training will be given throughout. The role is full time and will be from 08:00 – 15:30 each day.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role you must have Qualified Teaching Status, and proof of this. We would also require experience of teaching as you will be given full responsibility of a class. The experience can either be previous paid teaching work or placements from your time at University. A good level of Maths and English is compulsory.

• Child only Workforce DBS on the Update Service (this can be applied for with us)
