An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Primary School teacher to join a great school in Vale of Glamorgan.
This is on a long term basis (maternity cover) with the high chance of going permanent.
We work with a number of schools in Vale of Glamorgan covering short and long term absences. We can offer guaranteed work for 5 days a week.
Potential candidates should have UK QTS or the equivalent and are comfortable working within both Foundation phase and KS2.
The school are looking for a teacher who is:-
- Enthusiastic and is committed to high standards and has high expectations of behaviour and raising pupil potential and achievement
- Proven successful experience of working with children
- A clear knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum across all of the Primary sector
- Experience in teaching both Foundation phase and KS2 curriculum.
- An outstanding classroom practitioner
- Enthusiastic about providing exciting learning experiences for the children in a cross curricular context
- Confident and approachable personality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
We offer competitive rates of £85-£100 per day (depending on experience).
