Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a Key Stage 1 (Year 1) Teacher to join our successful teaching team and to work in a local primary school in the South Sheffield area.

The successful Key Stage 1 Teacher will have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and will be able to plan innovative and engaging lessons that will meet the needs of children with a variety of abilities. This is a great opportunity to join the school and become part of its committed teaching team.

This role will be full time, working Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:00. It is thought that this role will start in September and continue for 1 year.

To be considered for the position of Key Stage 1 Teacher you must:

  • Have recent experience teaching primary education within Key Stage 1
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary Teachers
  • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
