Teaching Positions: Teaching Personnel vs School Contract - Ideal for Newly Qualified Teachers

Are you a newly qualified teacher seeking the best path to launch your teaching career? Consider the benefits of working as a teacher through an agency versus a traditional school contract, specifically tailored to support and enhance your early years in education.

Flexibility and Experience: Teaching Personnel offers you the flexibility to gain valuable experience in a variety of educational settings. You can explore different schools, year groups, and teaching styles, helping you discover your preferred teaching environment while expanding your skillset.

Support and Mentoring: As a newly qualified teacher, you'll benefit from the support and mentoring provided by Teaching Personnel. We understand the challenges you may face in your first teaching role and can provide guidance, advice, and resources to help you navigate through your early career due to our previous experience with those going through similar situations.

Professional Development: Teaching Personnel prioritize your professional growth and offer ongoing training and development opportunities. These programs are designed to enhance your teaching practice, introduce innovative teaching methods, and ensure you stay up to date with the latest educational trends.

Networking Opportunities: By working through an agency, you'll have the chance to connect with a wide network of experienced educators. This network can provide valuable insights, advice, and potential career advancement opportunities as you progress in your teaching journey.

Work-Life Balance: Teaching through us allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance, especially during your early years as a teacher. You have the flexibility to manage your schedule, ensuring time for personal pursuits, self-care, and reflection.

Competitive Pay and Progression: While building experience, agencies often offer competitive pay rates. Additionally, as you gain experience and demonstrate your capabilities, you may have opportunities for career progression within the agency or transition to a permanent school position.

Empowerment and Confidence: Teaching Personnel empowers newly qualified teachers to refine their teaching skills, gain confidence in different classroom scenarios, and explore their teaching style without the pressure of long-term commitments.

If you're eager to kickstart your teaching career with flexibility, support, and growth opportunities, consider joining our agency teaching team. We value newly qualified teachers and provide the necessary support to help you thrive in the dynamic education sector.

To explore agency teaching opportunities and begin your rewarding journey as a newly qualified teacher, please submit your CV. We look forward to discussing how agency teaching can elevate your teaching career.
