Year 3 Teacher – Maternity Cover

Contract: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover)

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Poulton-le-Fylde to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to cover a maternity leave starting in January 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community and make a real impact on pupils’ learning and development.

Role Details:

• Full-time position teaching a Year 3 class.
• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and maintaining strong communication with parents.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in Key Stage 2.
• A passion for creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
