Job description

KS1 Teacher – Bridport
Pay: £120–£140 per day | Ad Hoc Supply | Immediate or January Start

Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and flexible KS1 Teacher to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the Bridport area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and adaptable teacher who enjoys variety, values flexibility, and wants to make a difference in the classroom without the pressures of a full-time role.

You’ll be working on an ad hoc, day-to-day supply basis, providing high-quality teaching and ensuring continuity of learning when staff are absent. Each day brings a new challenge and a chance to inspire young learners in different school environments.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and imaginative lessons across Key Stage 1
  • Support pupils’ development and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
  • Quickly adapt to new classrooms, routines, and teaching approaches
  • Work collaboratively with school teams to ensure a smooth learning experience

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early learning approaches
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and adaptable
  • A passion for supporting every child’s educational journey
