Primary School Teacher – Coventry/ Warwickshire

Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Salary: MPS/UPS Paid To Scale
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: Immediate Start

The Role

We are seeking a flexible and dedicated Primary School Teacher who is confident teaching across the primary age range and ready to take full classroom responsibility.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and can adapt their teaching to meet the needs of different year groups.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an early career teacher (ECT) eager to grow, we will support you to flourish as part of a caring and ambitious team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons across the curriculum
  • Adapt teaching to suit different age groups and learning needs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations and mutual respect
  • Monitor and track pupil progress, providing effective feedback to pupils and parents
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity of learning across the school
  • Contribute to school life through clubs, events, and enrichment activities

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
  • Confident teaching across multiple year groups (EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2)
  • Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and reflective in your practice
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
