Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Salary: MPS/UPS Paid To Scale
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
We are seeking a flexible and dedicated Primary School Teacher who is confident teaching across the primary age range and ready to take full classroom responsibility.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and can adapt their teaching to meet the needs of different year groups.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons across the curriculum
- Adapt teaching to suit different age groups and learning needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations and mutual respect
- Monitor and track pupil progress, providing effective feedback to pupils and parents
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity of learning across the school
- Contribute to school life through clubs, events, and enrichment activities
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Confident teaching across multiple year groups (EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2)
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive learning environment
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and reflective in your practice
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
