Are you an experienced Foundation Phase or KS2 Teacher?
Teaching Personnel is taking on additional Primary Teachers looking for flexible supply work. You may even be eligible for our Guaranteed Work Scheme* !
Supply teaching is ideal for teachers who are :
- Looking to be in full control of their own schedule, with no additional time spent planning or preparing
- Interested in flexible working days and/or hours
- Looking to work regularly in their preferred school(s)
- NQTs looking to secure a role in a supportive school in order to complete their induction year
- FQTs looking to continue fulfilling their passion for teaching without the workload of a full classroom role
- Looking to grow as a teacher and take on new exciting challenges
- Curious to experience short-term roles at different Good/Excellent schools

Our schools are located in the heart of Cardiff and surroundings. Thanks to our strong relationships and partnerships, our schools are inclined to trust our judgement for which teacher would suit them best (and vice versa) and we therefore work hard to find the best match for all parties involved.
A specific consultant will be helping you manage your diary and actively seek supply work for the days during which you are available, and will constantly promote you to new schools and prioritise you to the schools you prefer working in.
Applicants must :
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Hold a Child Workforce Only DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one - full assistance provided)
- Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (compulsory requirement in Wales) - please note that if you are living in England, you can still register with the EWC which will give you the opportunity to work on both sides of the border
- Provide at least two professional or character references
- Be available to interview and/or trial asap
- Be available to start on short notice
- Be living in Cardiff and/or have plans to move to Cardiff in the near future and/or be willing to travel to Cardiff
