Primary Supply Teacher - Bristol

Job description

Here at Teaching Personnel's Bristol branch, we are offering guaranteed work schemes for Qualified Primary Teachers looking for flexible working from week to week. The daily requirements for short term supply are currently at an all time high, so we are looking to meet our schools needs by registering enthusiastic teachers, not necessarily looking for a long term contract.

Ideally you would have access to your own vehicle; however we do have dedicated teachers that work on a daily basis using public transport.

With the demand being so high for class Teachers, we don't need all of our registered teachers to be available 5 days a week, even if you want to work casually, that would still work.

As a supply teacher with Teaching Personnel, you can expect:

  • Guaranteed work on the days you say you're available (or get paid anyway)
  • Have an opportunity to trial at schools of your choice
  • An agency that listens to what you want!
  • Minimum of £100 per day
  • Continual opportunity and access to relevant CPD

To apply you must have:

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A teaching qualification
  • UK QTS status
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
  • Be able to provide references to cover a minimum of 2 years

If this sounds like something that would interest you, why not get in touch now to find out more. Call Phoebe on 0117 920 0040

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
