Primary SEN Teacher

Location: Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan

Salary: GBP127.62 a day

To start: September 2020

Ages: 3-19 years old

Qualification needed: PGCE Primary| PGCE Secondary | BA (Hons) Primary Education with QTS

Positions available: Day to Day Supply | Part-time & Full-Time positions| Long term opportunities


Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit students in the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan area who are completing their PGCE in Primary Education,  BA (Hons) Primary Education degree with QTS  or PGCE in Secondary Education and have an interest in starting a teaching career within Special Educational Needs Provisions and Pupil Referral Units.  Here at Teaching Personnel, we provide  opportunities for those looking for their first position as a Teacher of SEN. For instance, whilst we provide long-term positions, we also provide the opportunity to work as a supply teacher to gain varied experience of a range of SEN schools and Pupil Referral Units. This is ideal for Newly Qualified Teachers who are not sure about how to kick start your career within the Special Educational needs sector. Let us support you - support your passion.

We recognise that the summer term is a great opportunity for schools to meet you whilst they are looking for staff for the new academic year. We are working with many of our client schools to be as proactive as possible in terms of recruitment specifically for September as recruitment is not necessarily their priority at present.  The summer recruitment process is going to a lot different for schools - which is where we come.
