SEN TA Maidenhead
Are you driven by the desire to help and support others with Special Educational Needs? Want to help improve the learning of SEN pupils, then this role might be for you.
SEN students fall under various categories but all of them need the support from a caring, calm devoted SEN Teaching Assistant who can help them in all aspects of their learning. Becoming an SEN Teaching Assistant means you’ll be rewarded daily with internal satisfaction knowing you are making the difference to SEN children’s lives, whilst facing daily challenges from these students.
Starting in March 2021, a school located in the near Maidenhead, is looking to recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant on a full-time temporary basis which is likely to be until July 2021!
The SENCO and pastoral team are looking for a passionate, patient and self-motivated individual who can support pupils identified with mild to moderate SEN including; Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD. The Students are needful of extra support with lesson engagement, reading/writing support with 1:1 sessions.
Highlights of the SEN Teaching Assistant role
- Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant
- Starting March 2021 to July 2021
- Delivering tailored learning activities to pupils identified with a range of SEN
- Working at a supportive and inclusive mainstream school in near Maidenhead
- Previous experience with SEN and young people is essential to the role
