Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking to secure a long-term role in a local primary school?

Here at Teaching Personnel we are working closely with a 3 form entry primary school in Thurrock Essex to appoint LSA's who can work on a 1:1 basis with children who have Special Needs such as Autism and ADAH. This position will be starting as soon as possible and will be on going with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

The enthusiastic starter will be passionate in supporting children in the education sector. This position will be Monday - Friday during school hours across Early Years, KS1 & KS2.

A successful LSA will:

  • A range of SEN experience.
  • Show a genuine interest in helping children and building them to a brighter future.
  • Able to be hands on in helping to assist the class lessons.
  • Working 1:1 with a child or with a group of children.
  • Having the experience in working with children previously.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
