Are you looking for a flexible teaching pattern to work around your personal life?
Do you have strong classroom management and can be prebooked or booked last minute for cover within schools?
We are looking for a Primary SEN Cover Teacher to support a primary school catering for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties, Autism, ADHD, ODD and Challenging behaviours - many of these pupils are no longer able to remain in mainstream education.
The School are seeking a hard working, empathetic, resilient and confident Primary SEN Cover Teacher to be available to cover lessons within the school when there are staffing shortfalls. You will be leading a team of Teaching Assistants in providing excellent education whilst managing behaviour and promoting positive life choices.
As a Primary SEN Cover Teacher you will be responsible for covering a range of already planned lessons throughout the school across classes of 4-8 students and also 1:1 intervention. With a number of resources on hand and a very supportive Senior Leadership Team.
We are ideally wanting people who are available ASAP but with the current ongoing situation with Covid-19 this role may be subject to change or delay, however, whist we have other SEN schools currently open we are still looking for others suitable candidates so please still apply.
