Teaching Personnel is currently working with an Outstanding School in the Sutton Borough that are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Teaching Assistants to join their team from March 2018.

The school is amongst the best in London, has recently been graded Outstanding by Ofsted and is certainly the school of choice in its community for parents, students and staff. It combines a friendly learning atmosphere, positive management and excellent resources.

The right candidate has the opportunity to join a successful team of Teaching Assistants who work very closely with the teaching staff, ensuring the students are given the right level of support to enable them to learn and develop their skills. Working across all year groups on a 1:1, small group, and class basis gives you the chance to have a varied role that offers you different experiences each day. With high expectations, this client is looking for Teaching Assistants who lead by example, guiding and mentoring their pupils through school and into their adult life.

If you can demonstrate the below qualities apply with your CV and References:

- Experience in working with children with Autism and/or Dyslexia

- Experience supporting pupils at KS1 and KS2 is desirable

- Strong interpersonal skills is essential

- Friendly and professional manor is essential

- Be flexible and proactive within your school day is essential
