Intervention Teacher

Teaching Personnel are currently searching for a teacher to work with groups of 5-10 KS2 students to help raise their attainment in literacy and numeracy.
Details of the role is as follows:
- Group Intervention Teaching
- GBP120 - GBP160 per day
- 8:30am – 4pm

Teaching Personnel offer a personalised tutoring service to help schools increase pupil attainment. These are called our intervention programmes and each of these has been designed to help pupils reach their full potential.
The working hours are truly flexible as we match your availability with the school’s needs, but you should expect to commit a minimum of two working days a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying student learning gaps and helping to narrow them working with their individual education plan
- Encouraging and supporting pupils building their confidence subsequently raising attainment
- Providing feedback to regular class teachers on individual pupil progress
- Assisting with the workload of permanent staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
