Are you a Fully Qualified Teacher looking for a new challenge in the Summer Term?

Teaching Personnel is currently working alongside an 'Outstanding' two-form entry Primary School in Mitcham who are on the lookout for fantastic teaching staff to start in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 for the Summer Term.

Our client school is an ambitious, forward-looking school in the heart of Mitcham, who believe their pupil's experience throughout their time at school is central to children achieving their best. Therefore, the school are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced and forward-thinking creative Teacher to join their school.

The school is highly effective in delivering outcomes that provide exceptionally well for all its pupil's needs. This ensures that pupils are very well equipped for the next stage of their education, training or employment. Pupils read exceptionally well and practise their spelling frequently in school and at home and achieve well above average in the Year 1 phonics screening check. Pupils in Year 2 continue to make excellent progress with reading and writing. At the end of Key Stage 1 the proportion achieving at the higher Level 3 is much higher than average. Pupils make rapid gains in mathematics. In Year 2 eagerly demonstrated their mental agility and understanding of repeated addition and multiplication, and in Year 3 learnt rapidly about a whole variety of two and three-dimensional shapes.
