Primary School Special Needs Support

We have a great demand for long-term full-time Teaching Assistants to work within primary schools across Truro, Newquay, Falmouth and Redruth/Camborne. 

These roles would be suitable for experienced teaching assistants who are not currently working and wishing to join a new school, or for candidates who have experience supporting special educational needs in another setting who want to begin working within the classroom. We are seeking SEN support candidates who are confident working with new pupils and who can confidently manage challenging behaviour. We are taking bookings from primary schools for all year groups and will work to match candidates with their most suitable and local role.

Our Cornwall Branch are always exceptionally busy with TA work, most of which requires candidates with experience and confidence supporting special needs. Full-time availability is preferable but we can support candidates with part-time and bank supply work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
