Primary School Behaviour Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel are excited to be working with one of our partner primary schools in the LE2 area of Leicester are currently seeking a behaviour support assistant to work alongside a Year 5 pupil with some behavioural issues. The school are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a real difference!

The ideal candidate is somebody who:

  • Has experience working in a classroom environment
  • Has strong behaviour management skills
  • Can be flexible and innovative in their approach to teaching, whilst also following school policies
  • Has high expectations of pupils and is committed to helping them improve

The school in question is able to offer a really friendly team of teachers and support staff to work alongside.
