Position: Year 5 Teacher - Gravesend

Contract: long term contract – (temp to perm)

Salary: Paid to Scale

Start Date: September 2020

Teaching Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated NQT who is looking for an opportunity to kick start their career at a fantastic school in Gravesend. This OFSTED graded ‘GOOD’ 2 form entry school is looking for an NQT to work as a year 5 Teacher to start in September. You will be supported for your NQT terms and offered many CPD opportunities.

The children at the school are a fantastic multicultural cohort who love attending the school.

Requirements of the Year 5 Teacher

· Hold UK QTS

· Experience teaching children in KS1

· Hold a DBS on the update service (Teaching Personnel can help with the application process if needed)

Responsibilities of the Year 5 Teacher

· To plan, deliver and mark all lessons

· To manage and plan for all teaching assistants within the classroom

· To create lessons which cater to each child's individual needs

· To adhere to all behavioural and procedural policies that the school employs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
