Primary Class Teacher – Doncaster

Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Doncaster to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Class Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner or a motivated Early Career Teacher to join a supportive team that prioritises pupil well-being, creativity, and high-quality learning experiences.


The Role

As a Primary Class Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

  • Create a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment that supports academic and personal development.

  • Assess pupil progress effectively, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating success.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

  • Promote positive behaviour, inclusion, and a love of learning through consistent and supportive classroom management.


About You

We are seeking an individual who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and an understanding of effective classroom practice.
Is committed to raising standards and delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
Brings energy, creativity, and a reflective approach to their practice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
