Job description

Physics specialist teacher required- September 2016 start

A large Secondary Academy with a 6th form in Leeds, West Yorkshire are currently looking for a Physics teacher to start from October 2016 on a full time basis. The school are looking to appoint an excellent practitioner of Science with the ability to teach Physics up to A Level.

You must be a Physics specialist with a passion for Science and the ability to make lessons interactive and engaging. You must have recent experience of teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 as well as having some experience of teaching Physics to KS5.

The school is a forward-thinking and diverse and is looking for a teacher who can become an integral part of the team.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
