Phonics experienced Teaching Assistant - Ellesmere Port

  • Opportunity to secure a long term/perm position within a ‘Good’ Ellesmere Port Primary School.
  • Excellent classroom based references from within the last twelve months is essential for this role.
  • Experience planning, delivering and assessing ‘Read, Write, Inc’ Phonics across EYFS and KS1 is highly sought after.

Teaching Personnel is seeking to recruit an experienced and passionate teaching assistant, to working within an Ellesmere Port Primary School. The position is to start in September 2017 and run until at least February half term, with the opportunity to secure a longer term/permanent contract.

The successful candidate will be required to provide 1:1 and small GROUP Phonics booster session for EYFS and KS1 pupils in preparation for the Phonics screening. Experience working with ‘Read, Write, Inc’ Phonics and delivering small group intervention is highly sough after for this role.

This position offers candidates the scope to develop their career within a Primary school, alongside upholding high expectations of learning, attainment and behaviour.
