Teaching Personnel are looking for an experienced, Phonics trained Teaching Assistant to lead intervention groups and support children with their literacy across the year groups (KS1- KS2). The role requires a TA who has experience of working in primary schools and using Jolly Phonics/ Letters & Sounds and/or RWI.
Our partnership school is rated Good by Ofsted and is easily accessible by transport links in the area of Lambeth. The school promotes inclusion and offers a supportive environment not only for the children but their staff alike. A passion for working with children and ambition to become a teacher in the future are highly desirable.
- If you: Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
- Have previous experience delivering Phonics interventions (have knowledge of: Jolly Phonics/ Letters & Sounds)
- Are able to commute to Lambeth and are happy to commit to a full-time role
- Are passionate about supporting children academically and differentiating learning resources
- Fully support inclusive education
