Performing Arts Teacher - Warrington Secondary School

We are currently working with a catholic school in Warrington who are looking for a performing arts teacher to teach KS3-4 students. This position is to start after half term and is potentially long term for the right candidate. This position requires a teacher with QTS, NQT’s are more than welcome to apply and will be considered for this position.

The School:

Our client school is a smaller than the average-sized secondary school where there are slightly more boys than girls. The proportion of students supported by school action is slightly below that found nationally and the proportion supported by school action plus or with a statement of special educational needs is slightly above that usually found. The proportion of disadvantaged students supported by the pupil premium at nearly twice the national average and the school is above the government’s current floor standard, which sets the minimum expectations for students’ attainment and progress in English and mathematics.

The school is a 10 minute drive from the M62 and there is parking on site for Performing Arts Teachers. There is also a bus stop and a nearby train station with transport links to Liverpool and Manchester.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
