PE Teacher - Required in New Milton

Job description

We are currently looking for a Part Time PE Teacher to start work within an SEMH Provision after Easter and the moving on to a Full Time contract from September.

The School

Based in central New Milton, the school caters for students aged 7-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties with Education and Health Care Plans.

The Role

The School require a Teacher to work 5 afternoons a week, planning and delivering PE their Key Stage 3 and 4 students. Due to the nature of the students, learning levels are normally lower than the average within Mainstream education. Due to the expansion on the school, they are looking to take the successful candidate on a Full Time role from September.

The Candidate

A PE specialist is required, or a Qualified Teacher with strong knowledge of the PE curriculum. Previous experience of working within an Alternative Provision is preferred, however not essential, along with strong Behaviour Management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
