Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic qualified Teacher of PE to join our partner school in Manchester. The post would equally suit an experienced teacher or newly qualified teacher.

• Full time role, term time only
• Salary to reflect MPS/UPS (£23,720 - £39,406)
• April - July 2019

The successful PE teacher will be responsible for teaching the curriculum across all abilities in key stage 3 and key stage 4. They will join a supportive, committed and experienced team who work hard to deliver innovative and enjoyable lessons. The successful PE teacher will assist and support the Head of PE in further driving standards to ensure the progress is consistent across key stage 3 and key stage 4.

The school has recently moved into a new state of art building which holds fantastic facilities including 3G AstroTurf pitches and purpose built classrooms for all departments.

Our partner school is a mixed gender secondary school with around 609 students on roll. The schools intake of pupils that require Special Educational Needs support is higher than the national average and the school has an internal provision to provide this support. The school also has a high percentage of students who have been eligible for free school meals at any time during the past 6 years.
