Following a reshuffle process within the PE department, senior management are keen to recruit an eager PE graduate to join the PE department and continue an uphill trend in educational performance.

This is a popular comprehensive secondary school with an intake of just under 1000 pupils located in a prosperous area of Southampton. An establishment led by a Head Teacher striving to deliver success in all areas, 64% of the 2015/2016 cohort achieved GCSE grades ranging from A*-C, including core subjects English and Mathematics.

Following an inspection from OFSTED, although it has been indicated that some areas need to be improved, the school were generally perceived to be ‘good’. Senior management staff is consistently establishing challenging, yet attainable targets for their students in an attempt to ensure that targets are met.
