Are you passionate about guiding and supporting young minds? Teaching Personnel are looking for dedicated individuals to join our schools pastoral team. With three full-time positions available across various year groups, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Behaviour Management: Implement and maintain effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Student Support: Provide emotional and academic support to students, helping them navigate their school journey.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
• Development: Participate in the development and implementation of pastoral care programs that promote student well-being.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a pastoral or similar role within an educational setting.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
