Are you an Outdoors Activities Instructor looking for work within schools?

Teaching Personnel are looking for experienced Outdoors Activities Instructors to work within schools in the Bournemouth and Poole area.

You will be working within SEN Schools which cater for pupils with behaviour needs. This can include pupils who have been excluded from mainstream education, pupils with ADHD, pupils with Autism and pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs). As part of the curriculum in school, the pupils take part in many outdoor activities, including rock climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, fishing, orienteering and more.

We are seeking Teaching Assistants to support the pupils with these sessions. We have both full and part time roles available.

To be successful in this role you should:

  • have experience with outdoor activities
  • be confident working with pupils with behaviour needs
  • have an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (we can assist you with this)
  • minimum English and Maths GCSE (Grade C or above)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
