Do you have experience covering lessons as a cover supervisor or are you seeking to work as a cover supervisor in Hertfordshire on a supply basis? If you are a teacher of the future or an experienced education professional looking for casual work as a cover supervisor, this trust of schools in Herts are looking to create a short list of excellent cover supervisors for the new academic year. There are a number of schools under the trust, located around mostly Welwyn and the surrounding area. You will register with Teaching Personnel for casual supply work in the schools who can offer you experience and a chance to develop your education knowledge. **Working on a supply basis to suit your availability **Graduates, experienced teachers or aspiring teachers of the future welcome to apply **Three schools all with "Good" grading or above for behaviour **Regular cover supervisor work across the three schools **Previous classroom experience advantageous, suitable references needed The consortium of schools expects cover to be busier next year as they expand and offer staff regular training and development. You will be working as a cover supervisor to support pupils in lessons and ensure schemes of work are followed; previous experience is not essential but would be an advantage.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
