Online Science Tutor

Are you an experienced Science Teacher seeking working during the Covid 19 school closures?

Are you able to confidently teach Science (Any Specialism) to GCSE Level?

Teaching Personnel is currently looking for online Science tutors to deliver lessons via online tuition software. This is an opportunity to work safely from home during these challenging times and earn money through flexible working.

All you need to get started is a PC/Laptop/Tablet with microphone and camera function.  The virtual classroom software will be provided for you.

We are looking for teachers with or without QTS, and experienced tutors that are confident teaching their specialism to GCSE Level.

This is the perfect opportunity to be able to work from home safely, even if you are currently employed, the hours for tuition are flexible so you can work it around your other commitments!

How does it work?

We would need to register you remotely and conduct a video call welcome meeting where we can discuss your needs and what we can offer you.  We will need to fully vet you by checking your documents, chasing references and applying for a DBS (if needed).   Once you're registered, it couldn't be simpler: you will agree a time each week to tutor a student through our tuition software. The software is completely safe and fully recordable with play-back functionality.

You will be working with primarily vulnerable pupils who are either looked after or have an additional need. Therefore you must know how to engage, provide pastoral support and think on your feet!
