As a learning support assistant, you will be providing help and support to disaffected children with low self-esteem who may suffer with some anxiety and or anger management challenges.
Responsibilities will include;
- Working alongside key school staff to reduce levels of unauthorised absence and improve levels of attendance and behaviour;
- Motivating and challenging children;
- Promoting and reinforcing children by showing enthusiasm and creativity;
