Teaching Personnel are working with a school based in the heart of Bournemouth who are looking to appoint a part time Science Teacher to start with them in September 2022

Due to a staffing restructure within the Science department, the Head of Science has identified a gap for a teacher to join them on a 0.6 basis, which equates to three days per week. The three days are negotiable, and the school are welcoming applications from both experienced and newly qualified Science teachers. This position will incorporate teaching Science  across Key Stage Three and Key Stage Four and the incoming Science teacher will hold full responsibilities for planning and marking throughout the position.

  • Part-time (0.8) Mathematics teacher required, September 2022 start,
  • Offered for two terms initially, may be subject to continuation,
  • Pay in line with teaching scale point (£25714 - £41604 per annum),

With fewer than 700 pupils on roll at present, the school is smaller than others in the area, and has appointed a new Senior Leadership Team which has resulted in significant progress across attendance, attainment and behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
