We are the proud supplier of a large variety primary schools across York and Selby, who come to Teaching Personnel directly for their supply cover.

Due to the rising demand, we are seeking qualified Nursery Teachers, to support a number of primary schools on both short and long term contracts.

We welcome applications from primary qualified teachers with a Nursery specialism. Our roles vary extensively and we will do our up most best to match you and your skills to the ideal role for you - whether this is an on the day call, or a longer term assignment.

Candidates applying will be required to demonstrate excellent classroom practice, with the ability to plan, prepare and deliver creative and engaging lessons.

Desirable skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop lasting relationships
  • Flexibility - the ability to adapt quickly to new surroundings
  • Effective classroom and behaviour management
  • High teaching standards and a proven track record of raising attainment

Pay: £100 - £150 per day

Location: York

Contract: Temporary with permanent positions available
