An acclaimed primary school based local to Northolt for children diagnosed with autism and additional sensory and communication needs are looking to appoint early years and nursery practitioners for immediate full-time positions Monday to Friday each week.

Training will be provided and the role involves supporting children 1:1, and 2:1 in classes of up to 8 pupils with similar learning and developmental needs. Lessons are based on each child's individual learning stages with realistic targets that really help each child have the best outcomes from education.

  • Experience in Early Years, Nurseries, play centres and primary schools
  • Experience or understanding of supporting autism, global developmental delay, speech and language or sensory needs

  • Understanding the roots of challenging behaviours
