Maths Intervention Teacher

Would you like to make a difference to the academic levels of 7 and 11 year olds in the upcoming academic year?

If you have experience working within a school environment and would be capable of teaching numeracy and literacy across key stage one and key stage two, Teaching Personnel may have the job for you.

We are currently seeking an outstanding educator to work within one of our partner schools. The role would be for 20 hours per week and will be based within Nottingham City. The role will consist of working with three different groups of year 2 children in the morning and three different groups of year 6 children in the afternoon.

The successful candidate will need:

- Experience of preparing children for exams

- To be an inspiring teacher and provide pupils with in depth subject knowledge

- A patient approach

- Excellent planning and differentiating skills

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
