Job description

Teaching Personnel are giving newly qualified teachers an opportunity to work with SEN schools throughout Cardiff and Newport. The candidate will be prepared to teach the class as a whole, light planning and marking may also be required of you. The students within the school may be diagnosed with autism or co-existing conditions including ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, Tourette's syndrome, epilepsy and or challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have Qualified Teaching Status
  • SEN Experience (desirable)
  • Be Manual Handling trained (desirable)
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be a team player
  • Have an outgoing personality
  • Be confident
  • Show great resilience
  • Have good behaviour management skills
  • Have a passion for helping others

Candidates are expected to work between 8:30-3:30. We offer a competitive rate of pay ranging from £85.00-£100.00 a day, along with other additional benefits. There are temporary and permanent roles available for the right candidates.
