Job description

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit newly qualified teachers to work with a client school based in Cardiff. The students that attend the client school may be diagnosed with autism or co-existing conditions including ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, Tourette's syndrome, epilepsy and or challenging behaviour. You will be asked to cater for the pupils learning needs and keep them on task to meet their learning outcomes of the day. Light planning and marking may also be asked of you at times. We offer a competitive rate of pay ranging from £85.00-£100.00 based on experience. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have gained qualified teaching status
  • Have an understanding of working with SEN
  • Are registered with the education workforce council
  • Can confidently plan a daily routine for support staff within the classroom
  • Are either Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT's) or experienced classroom practitioners
  • Team teach trained (desirable)
  • manual Handling (desirable)

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
