Teaching Personnel, the UK’s leading education recruitment agency are currently searching for driven Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) who are looking to start their induction year within a Primary School in The Vale of Glamorgan. How to join our ECT pool

  1. Join teaching personnel - send your cv across to Lauren.jones@teachingpersonnel.com
  2. Build your profile - will aim get in touch within 24 hours to discuss your aspirations and build a profile of you as an educator.
  3. Find your school - We take your profile and promote it to the schools that will fit you best.
  4. Ace the interview - When a school is interested, we will arrange an interview and help you prepare.
  5. Start your new job - If all goes well, you will be ready to get to work ASAP.
  6. Keep Learning - Access exclusive training packages and support throughout your ECT induction.

What Teaching Personnel can offer you:

  • A dedicated personal consultant who will be on hand to guide you through the application and vetting process and to provide daily check-ins of each school that you attend.

Essential requirements

To register with teaching personnel and start your career as a teacher you must hold Qualified Teacher Status. In addition to this you will need to be registered with the Education Workforce Council and have a child only enhance DBS which is on the update service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
