NQT

This vacancy has now expired.

Job description

I am currently working closely with multiple schools in the Brent area who have joined the NQT programme. The schools all require NQT's for the start of September.

This high level of personalised support is what makes the programme truly unique. You will have a coach in school who observes you regularly; giving you feedback and helping plan your lessons. They'll give you a bite-sized target each week, for example changing the way you greet students at the door - meaning you progress at a manageable pace.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an excellent practitioner
  • Have the ability to motivate and inspire
  • Have high expectations of all children

The Schools

The schools taking part in the NQT programme have all been visited by myself and are all 'good' or 'outstanding' schools with fantastic senior leadership teams in place that offer other staff members continuous support. The schools are within walking distance of local train stations and surround by multiple bus routes.

Please respond immediately as interviews will be starting to take place in the next week or two

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
