Teaching Personnel Northampton are looking for ambitious and dedicated individuals for an immediate. We are looking to recruit a new Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
Due to continued growth and a successful year (2017/18), we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant on a full time permanent basis. The successful applicant will be joining a team of talented Education Recruitment Consultants and supportive Managers who are always striving for excellence.
The life of a Recruitment Consultant in Education involves a variety of responsibilities and each day offers something different. You will make planned sales calls, target schools in your chosen geographical patch & sector (primary, secondary or SEN schools) offering our unrivalled service and quality candidates for temporary and permanent positions. Also as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible to build and develop your own candidate database (teachers and support staff) in order to successfully service your given client schools. You will ideally have previous sales experience or knowledge of the education sector, however this is not essential, to be successful as a Recruitment Consultant you need to be a good communicator and extremely organised. Working in education recruitment requires you to take a detailed job specification accurately, advertise on behalf of your client, recruit suitable candidates and make the placement a smooth success.
