Job description

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Special Educational Needs School in Lymington, the school cater for primary and secondary pupils with Autism. The school is a residential school where the majority of the pupils live on the school site in the care homes. The school are looking for Support Workers to work night shifts in the care homes, this role would be full time and potentially permanent.

The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Experience working with SEN, particularly Autism, this could be in a care setting with adults
  • We able to woke the night shift hours
  • Have access to a car to access the school
  • Ideally have experience working with children but not essential

The school have an extensive training network therefore experience is not essential. The main aspect they look for is someone who is proactive, willing to learn, happy to get involved and be flexible.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
