Are you a final year Trainee Teacher. Are you due to graduate with a BA Hons with QTS or PGCE in Primary Education?

Are you keen to secure Teaching work from September 2019?....Then look no further!

Headteachers of local Primary Schools are approaching Teaching Personnel for Teachers to begin full time roles from September 2019. We have already had a number of schools come to us with vacancies for September across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 and with the resignation deadline fast approaching we are anticipating many more Headteachers to approach us for strong dynamic teachers to take on full time teaching posts.

With this in mind, we are currently looking to recruit a number of Final Year Trainee Teachers who are keen to secure an NQT post from September. During the 2018/19 academic year we have assisted in supporting a number of NQT's their induction within schools across Lancashire. We are keen to continue supporting Teachers who are looking to upskill and complete their induction year within our welcoming Primary Schools.

The Teaching Personnel Lancashire Team is made up of four experienced Primary Consultants who have a wealth of experience building strong relationships with Headteachers across Lancashire. We are keen to meet with trainee teachers for a confidential chat and we are always here to answer any queries on the types of work we can provide. The registration process is efficient providing you have kept your placement reports and you have permission from your two most recent placements that they will provide a reference. We are the largest sole Education Staffing Agency in the UK and the majority of the work we provide is long-term cover (maternity/sabbatical/temp-perm).

If you're struggling to decide which agency to register with… please take a look at our 'Google Reviews' to hear what our current employees have to say about working with us. To view these please Google 'Teaching Personnel Preston' to view feedback from our teachers and support staff on the right hand side.

With Primary Schools approaching us with vacancies on a weekly basis in Blackpool, Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Skelmersdale and Ormskirk in FY1, FY2, FY4, FY8, PR1, PR2, PR25, PR3, PR4, PR5, PR6, PR7, WN8, L39 and L40 we are keen to hear from enthusiastic practitioners who have a genuine passion for teaching. We are also able to offer a number of CPD opportunities such as TEAM TEACH, Educare Safeguarding (Level 1 and 2), and Autism Awareness; amongst other twilight courses.

In order to be considered for work of this nature, you must be currently studying a PGCE, BA Hons with QTS or Schools Direct Teacher Training. Now is the ideal time to register if you are currently completing your final placement as registering will be straight forward. Do not delay in getting in contact to secure an NQT post!

Teaching Personnel also pay our staff weekly and directly into your bank account - no need for umbrella companies! Do not put all of your eggs in one basket. Do not delay in getting in contact. "Absolutely fantastic agency!! After reading reviews I decided to put my details in and I was contacted very shortly after. Very professional staff and take time to get to know you and what you want from work. Process was very easy and got work straight away! Followed by a long-term position as a teaching assistant. Would highly recommend this agency for those looking for work in education."

"I cannot express how wonderful Teaching Personnel have been to me! I have quite awkward availability yet they've found me work in a lovely school that fits around my university work. Everyone is always so helpful and cheery, and Steven is always there if I have any questions or queries. They make the time to have a genuine conversation with you and take on board every piece of feedback given to them! Don't change guys, you're great!"

"I have been with Teaching Personnel Preston for some years now - having previously tried other agencies. They have been outstanding - in my view this is the best agency. Their friendly support has been consistently impressive - with regular contact to see how I am doing. I have also found courses that they run for members very useful. I would recommend Teaching Personnel without hesitation."
