Are you looking for a role in a Special Needs School, given the experiences you may have had during your teacher training?

It is with excitement that I introduce the Teaching Personnel NQT Talent Pool. The Talent Pool offers Final Year Students/Unqualified and Newly Qualified Teachers the opportunity to apply through a Talent Pool in order to be considered for NQT posts in schools beginning in September 2020.

With this in mind, our client school in Liverpool has approached Teaching Personnel for assistance in securing a newly qualified teacher from the NQT Talent Pool.

The school caters for pupils with learning and behavioural difficulties. 

The role will be based in a KS2 class, therefore you must be primary trained and confident / experiened in KS2.

Ideally you will have experience in supporting pupils with SEMH and / or ASC.

Class sizes are small, no more than 8-10 pupils and you will have Teaching Assistants for support.

You will also benefit from an extremely supportive SLT who will guide you every step of the way and provide as much support as possible!

 This role is a full-time, maternity cover, from November 2020 - July 2021.

You will be in competition with other budding NQTs in the local area so it is important that you are well prepared and stand out from the crowd!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
